At Woods, we remind you of the enjoyment a great dish can offer; dishes created with respect for you and the environment, and created by a curiosity and love for the good meal. The Restaurant A rustic feel with exposed brick, and natural wood beams, clear tear drop lightbulbs hang from an exposed ceiling. This industrial style interior is offset by a presence of subtle, yet chic modernism. Sustainable Food Locally sourced fresh produce and products, Woods understands, and is inspired by, the importance of Canadian foods and flavours, while doing our part to support the local economy. About The Chef Bitna Park has always had a passion for food. A graduate of George Brown’s culinary program, Bitna’s roots stem from her Korean background and her father has his own restaurant in Korea. Woods is proud to have a female leading the kitchen, and a chef with forward thinking creations. Bitna’s interest is in all types of food and her main goal is making guests happy with her menus.
