Friendly knowledgeable servers guide you through the Boreal forest, northern lakes, wetlands & grand prairie with a menu that doesn’t just feature local, but rather the best, fresh local ingredients, purchased direct from farm families, foragers & fisher folk. The Cuvee Award winning wine list includes rare & highly prized labels from B.C., Ontario & Nova Scotia with a variety available by the glass. The bar features Manitoba’s flourishing cool craft brewers & distillers. Locally produced shrubs & bitters are combined to make tasty cocktails with or without alcohol. Here ‘glocal’ dishes feature game & fish, but also creative gluten free & vegan selections with prairie pulses, foraged mushrooms & berries.
