Website Developer Role Responsibilities

Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsibile for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Build, Develop code in Node.js/Express/Docker/React familiarity with RESTfull API's and programming.

Website Developer job qualifications and requirements

Whilst a degree isn’t mandatory for an Website Developer role, an understanding of basic programming skills is required.

2+ years experience working in a website developer role
2+ years with Node.js/Express/Nosql Database, Google Web Console, Bing Website Console
2+ years with HTML/CSS/Javascript/Jquery
2+ years with Ecommerce payments and API integrations
2+ working with XML and JSON Datasets.
Capability of prioritizing and delegating responsibilities
A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Courses/Diploma or Training as a Website Developer
Willing to learn new software skills & attend educational training courses.
Work Experience or College Training or University.
